We now have a 5 sister apartment! Sister Barnhart joined us this week. She is so sweet and we love the addition.
We played basketball with members and the elders! One of the members who calls me Mary Poppins looked at me during one of the games and says
Kauri: Sister Poppins do you know the book of mormon is true?
Me: Yeah Kauri! Why?
Kauri: like 100% true?
Me:yeah!
Kauri: I need that some committement out of you right now, 100%.
Yeah.. Not the best player so Kauri was my hype up coach. Lots of trash talking went down. In English and Serbian
The elders are really good at basketball and sending back the trash talk Bane and Dušan are both return missionaries and are great people!
We had a missionary Meeting at Kalamegdan(:
We had to go to Novi Sad for Visa work and FINALLY we have made progress with Sister Toleafoa's visa. I never want to be a lawyer or translator for law ever again
We did service this week at the Food Bank! So great to serve!
It is hot in Serbia! I love the sun!
Serbia is known for sunflowers in the summer, and WE FOUND fields of sunflowers! There were so many!
Cute Sofija got baptized! I got to accompany the primary as they sang if the Savior stood beside me(:
President and Sister Melonakos are leaving this week and President and Sister Field are coming!! I have learned so much from the Melonakos'. They are amazing examples and teachers. They gave 110% of their time, energy and love during their mission. I will forever be blessed because of them.
